I attended the three day 1-2-1 permanent make up beginners course - brows with the lovely Mel. Mel has years of experience and a wealth of knowledge to share which was important for me to find. I felt comfortable to ask any question and the course didn’t feel rushed or timed at all. Mel’s new space is beautiful, calm and immaculate. Mel also explained things clearly and easy for me to understand, she was also mindful about adapting the practical for me as I’m left handed which I really appreciated. It’s also great to know Mel is just a message away should I have a question in the future. All in all I’m really happy I trained with Mel and who knows I might be back in the future for further training. Thank you so much again Mel, I really loved it!

Mel was utterly professional and efficient during both the booking process and the procedure itself. She took time to discuss with me what was possible and what I wanted, making sure that I was happy with the outcome. Extremely focused on detail and sterility, with plenty of aftercare advice. Really enjoyed the experience!

I had wanted to have my brows done for a few years but wasn't sure who to go to. Once I saw Mel's work online, I was confident enough to book in! So fast forward to appointment day, (she's worth waiting for) I was put at ease by her professional, calming presence and advised of the most suitable treatment. I remained comfortable and relaxed throughout the procedure and I am absolutely thrilled with my power brows. I cannot wait for my top up appointment and to see the final result. I would recommend Mel to anybody who is thinking about having their brows done and I'm now considering booking in for a lip treatment!!!

I am in love with my new eyebrows, which is all thanks to Mel. From the moment I walked in, Mel, made me feel so welcome. Everything about her is so professional, yet so friendly and comfortable at the same time. She really took her time with her work and made sure that I was happy with everything. I had the powder brows treatment and it was absolutely pain free. Which I still cannot believe. I was sure it was going to hurt. I think I snored at one point.
