Mel was very professional and clearly an expert in the field. She put me at ease straight away as I'd never had any treatments like this before, she's very knowledgeable and explains everything clearly. Mel advised me on which type of eyebrow and colour would be best for me as I had no clue! I'm glad I trusted in her as I absolutely love my new powder brows!! The shape and colour are perfect! I had wanted to have my brows done for a few years but wasn't sure who to go to. Once I saw Mel's work online, I was confident enough to book in! So fast forward to appointment day, (she's worth waiting for) I was put at ease by her professional, calming presence and advised of the most suitable treatment. I remained comfortable and relaxed throughout the procedure and I am absolutely thrilled with my power brows. I cannot wait for my top up appointment and to see the final result. Mel is very professional and calming. Her attention to detail is second to none. She really does want you to have the best brows possible and gives excellent advice. I had microbladed eyebrows somewhere else a couple of years ago which I was never happy with and these have been vastly improved by Mel. Just a touch of laser tattoo removal on the tails of my brows to remove the previous bad work then I’m good to go! Thank you, love my new brows!

I am in love with my new eyebrows, which is all thanks to Mel. From the moment I walked in, Mel, made me feel so welcome. Everything about her is so professional, yet so friendly and comfortable at the same time. She really took her time with her work and made sure that I was happy with everything.
