Mel is very professional and calming. Her attention to detail is second to none. She really does want you to have the best brows possible and gives excellent advice. I had microbladed eyebrows somewhere else a couple of years ago which I was never happy with and these have been vastly improved by Mel. Just a touch of laser tattoo removal on the tails of my brows to remove the previous bad work then I’m good to go! Thank you, love my new brows!

Mel has been treating me for laser tattoo removal for microbladed brows that have been a concern of mine for a long time. I finally found someone I trusted near them again, and I do not regret it! Mel is super informative, and really goes out of her way to ensure you are comfortable at all times. Even when I’m flinching and being a wus she is incredibly patient! She has also checked in numerous times since my last session to check in with how my healing process is going. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for similar treatment or anything else for that matter.

I trained in semi-permanent make up last year and Mel was the training assistant on my course and I couldn’t have wished for any better support! She was full of knowledge and advice on how to create the perfect set of brows and any questions I had (there was a lot!!) was never a bother to her! She is also one of the most genuinely lovely people I have met. Couldn’t recommend her enough 🥰 I hope I get the pleasure of learning lots more from her in the future! ❤️

I am in love with my new eyebrows, which is all thanks to Mel. From the moment I walked in, Mel, made me feel so welcome. Everything about her is so professional, yet so friendly and comfortable at the same time. She really took her time with her work and made sure that I was happy with everything. I had the powder brows treatment and it was absolutely pain free. Which I still cannot believe. I was sure it was going to hurt. I think I snored at one point.
