Mel is absolutely incredible! I've been going to her for my lips and brows for 3 years now and I can't imagine going to anyone else. She's a true perfectionist and her work is flawless. I even followed her to Corsham, which is a 3-hour round trip, because she's that good. I cannot fault Mel in any way, she was the most wonderful artist from start to finish. She helped me choose the brows that were right for me, she spent so long going through colours and shapes with me so I felt comfortable, she explained the whole process to me in detail but not so that it was hard to understand. I felt at ease the entire appointment and I left with the most beautiful brows and feeling a million pounds. Mel has done combination brows for me and I can honestly say she's brilliant. She explains every part of the procedure from the 1st patch test appointment through to the actual treatment and the after care. She is very professional and a true perfectionist. Choosing where to have your brows done is a big decision, this was my first time (microblading) and I am so pleased I picked Mel. She is so lovely and an absolute perfectionist, you are very much in safe hands. It is only day two and I'm blown away with the results, I have just done the school run and before the procedure I imagined I would need a hat or something to hide them whilst they healed but no need, they look fab. I wanted impactful but very natural looking brows and now I have them! Mel is a brow artist, experienced and professional, I have already recommended her to all my friends and family looking to get them done. The aftercare is really easy too and the fact the touch up is included in the price is excellent. I might buy a visor hat to wash my hair, but you can use dry shampoo to avoid getting your brows wet.
